Eating Tracking Log
Use this handy eating tracking log to track the food that you consume throughout the day for a 7 day period. This log will allow you to reflect back on your week on what percentage of the food you consider “healthy” or Nutritionally Intelligent® choices and which ones you consider to be “unhealthy”.
