What Is

Nutritional Intelligence®?

You will learn the nutritional contribution that various foods offer and chose the best foods based on this knowledge. To do this, you must be aware of and learn to manage:

  • A strong sense of self and the tools necessary to maintain a healthy diet.

  • An awareness of your eating habits and how they affect your nutritional choices.

  • The mixed messages the mass media sends about what you should eat and the ability to separate the fact from the fiction.

This book has it all – stated in a clear and easy to understand language – making it a truly accessible resource.
